You can make successful soufflés! A step-by-step guide to making light-as-air soufflés; an easy breakfast soufflé; and the secret to making delicious home fries.
April 8 (Monday) – Spring Vegetables
Spring is here to let’s do some interesting recipes using asparagus; also a delicious bread (to be determined) and a light spring dessert.
classes will be at the Olallieberry Inn, 2476 Main Street,
classes are $40* and include lunch, a take home item and a prize. Class starts at 11:00am and concludes around 1:30pm.
